Comprehensive Aerial Data Capture

Our UAV system records ultra-sharp imagery covering all main roof surfaces including tiles, slate, felt and membrane areas. It also provides detailed views of ridge and hip tiles, verges, eaves, lead flashings, soakers, apron details, chimney stacks, pots, pointing, flaunching, valleys, box gutters, junctions, gutters, downpipes, brackets, fixings, as well as satellite dishes, aerials, cabling and other ancillary fittings.

High-Resolution Defect Detection

Imagery is captured from multiple angles and elevations, enabling the identification of slipped, fractured or missing tiles, mortar deterioration, defective pointing, ridge or hip tile displacement, leadwork splits, corrosion, lifting, blocked or misaligned gutters, surface wear, mechanical damage, water-ingress pathways, and any visible signs of structural deformation or sagging roof lines.

Safe Data Acquisition With Zero Roof Load

Our inspections eliminate the need for manual access, preventing accidental tile displacement, roof loading, scaffolding or ladder requirements, and reducing all risks associated with working at height. This method also avoids delays caused by restricted access and reduces overall labour and equipment costs. All flights are conducted in compliance with CAA regulations, using GPS-stabilised systems and controlled, repeatable flight paths to ensure consistent and reliable data collection.

Cloud-Based Image Repository

All captured media is processed and uploaded to a secure cloud repository, providing instant access to high-resolution imagery. Files can be downloaded and shared with contractors, insurers or surveyors, forming a permanent visual record for maintenance history and asset management, with the ability to zoom in and review defects in detail.
